Throughout the semester, I have gotten significantly better at MLA document work. In high school, I didn’t have to memorize MLA at all, we simply used online bibliography makers, so I came into the course with very limited knowledge of citing sources. Teachers also wouldn’t dock points for incorrect in text cites or incorrect format for cites, as long as they were present. The sources now have to be specific and thorough, in proper MLA format. While this was a little difficult to get used to, and I still make mistakes, I can use the format significantly more proficiently than I had before.
