QCQ #4 pt 2

Other posts I read by my classmates mostly took similar points of view. We all addressed Jane’s mental health and the trauma leading her to that point. A couple of us, myself included, also looked into how her depression manifested – primarily in the forms of social isolation and feeling numb to the proceedings of her life and the monotony of pattern that she’s fallen into.

Reading the things my classmates commented on didn’t really give me a new perspective to look into, but it did give me other instances and evidence that backs up the same points I had. It also exemplifies how large her problem extends: there was evidence from the very beginning of the section that mentions her depression, and my passage in chapter 17 compounds on that. The other passages didn’t really broaden my view, but they did support it.
